There are three intakes (January, May and September) annually limited to 40 students in each intake.

This course offers both practical (60%) and theoretical (40%) instruction to trainees at the Centre. Students carry out field attachments among farming communities (community attachment for 14 weeks) and within civil societies and governmental organizations (industrial attachment for 14 weeks).

This exposes trainees to diverse real life conditions which ensure that graduates horn their practical skills, are all-rounded, competent sustainable agriculturists whether self-employed or employed.
